Position: Parametric Modeler FreeCAD Type: Contract Compensation: $30 - $120/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Lead full parametric modeling projects in FreeCAD from conception through production-ready deliverables. Utilize BIM and IFC to coordinate and document building models, including walls, slabs, and structures. Import, export, and validate IFC data to ensure seamless interoperability with other CAD/BIM platforms. Develop and manage constrained sketches, parametric model trees, and building components throughout project lifecycles. Prepare detailed documentation sets, including technical drawings and model exports in formats such as STEP, STL, DXF, and IFC.
