Shopify Plus Project Manager
About Blue Stout Blue Stout is a fully remote digital agency helping 7–8 figure DTC brands grow through high-converting Shopify Plus experiences and performance email strategy. Since 2013, we've built and scaled stores for Shark Tank brands, Forbes 30 Under 30 founders, and $100M+ eCommerce companies. We move fast, own outcomes, and don't hand-hold. High performance and radical ownership are non-negotiables here. The Role We're hiring a Shopify Plus Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of website builds, redesigns, and CRO projects for fast-growing eCommerce brands. You'll sit at the center of every project — managing clients, driving cross-functional teams, and keeping scope, timelines, and budgets locked in. This is a client-facing, outcome-owning role — not a coordinator seat. You'll be expected to bring structure, judgment, and proactive communication from day one. What You'll Own Lead full-cycle Shopify Plus site builds and redesigns from kickoff to launch Run weekly client calls, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned Translate client goals into clear project plans, sprint priorities, and delivery milestones Coordinate internal designers, developers, QA, and email teams across time zones Maintain clean scope documentation — catch and escalate drift before it becomes a problem Track velocity, blockers, and deliverables using tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Trello Manage 3–5 active projects simultaneously without dropping balls This Role Is NOT For You If… Your Shopify experience is limited to basic theme edits or template stores You've only worked in-house or as a solo freelancer — agency pace and multi-client juggling is different You need rigid process handbooks to do your job You're uncomfortable owning client relationships directly How to Apply Submit your application through Workable. Please include: Your CV or resume in English Any relevant case studies, client testimonials, or project examples A brief note on the most complex Shopify Plus project you've managed — what was the scope, the team size, and your role Important: Include the phrase "Shopify Hero" in your application message to confirm you've read this post in full. Applications without it will not be reviewed. Requirements — Non-Negotiables If you can't check every box below, please do not apply. ✅ 2–4 years of project management experience at a digital or web agency — not in-house, not freelance-only ✅ Hands-on experience managing Shopify Plus builds — you understand themes, custom dev workflows, app integrations, and launch QA ✅ Direct client communication experience — you've run calls, delivered hard news, and managed scope pushback professionally ✅ Strong understanding of eCommerce and DTC brand operations — you know what a high-converting PDP looks like and why AOV matters ✅ Proficiency with PM tools: ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Slack (daily use, not just awareness) ✅ Comfortable working remotely and async across US time zones Nice-to-Haves ➕ Experience with CRO strategy or A/B testing frameworks ➕ Familiarity with Klaviyo or eCommerce email automation flows ➕ Agile / Scrum background with backlog management experience ➕ Exposure to BigCommerce or headless commerce projects
Director, Production

Whether it’s building award-winning games or crafting engine technology that enables others to make visually stunning interactive experiences, we’re always innovating. Being Epic means being a part of a team that continually strives to do right by our community and users. We’re constantly innovating to raise the bar of engine and game development. PRODUCTION What We Do Whether it’s driving a vision from start to finish or collaborating with teams to inspire and deliver projects of Epic quality, Epic’s production teams take pride in consistently delivering world-class products and experiences. What You'll Do As the Director, Production, you will own the end-to-end strategy for delivering in-game cosmetic content across our portfolio of titles — directly impacting Epic's financial performance by ensuring content ships on time and at the quality bar that drives player engagement and purchase. The art production team reports directly to this role, and this leader serves as the primary advocate for art producers at Epic and the critical connection point between Art and Art Production. Partnering closely with the Sr. Director, Art, you will co-own strategy, maintain and optimize scalable production pipelines, and ensure the right requirements, budgets, approval workflows, and talent structures are in place to meet aggressive launch and post-launch targets. In this role, you will Maintain and continuously improve the existing cosmetics production pipeline and art production suite of tools, ensuring reliable, on-time delivery of art assets across multiple titles. Proactively identify opportunities to boost efficiency, close process gaps, and evolve practices to meet the demands of both launch and live-service commitments Own cross-functional project planning — including schedules, roadmaps, and milestone tracking — with clear visibility into dependencies across art, engineering, product, and partner teams. Lead tradeoff discussions with executive and functional leadership when scope, timeline, or resources are in conflict Lead capacity planning for the art organization, including internal teams and external outsource partners. Quantify staffing risks across concurrent projects and develop mitigation strategies to keep cosmetics production on schedule Partner with the Sr. Director, Art on all executive-facing communication, including project status, risks, budget, and delivery forecasts. Establish a framework for evaluating cosmetics performance post-launch to inform future content strategy and resourcing decisions Champion operational excellence across the art production org — identifying and sharing best practices, tooling improvements, and process efficiencies that scale beyond individual projects. Actively mentor art producers Lead and champion the art production team, which reports directly to this role. Serve as their primary advocate at Epic — building clear paths for growth, holding a high bar for excellence, and cultivating a culture where producers are empowered and valued. Act as the bridge between Art and Art Production, fostering the trust and collaboration needed for both organizations to thrive What we're looking for 10+ years of production experience, including significant time in a leadership role managing large-scale art content pipelines in games, film, or entertainment Proven ability to lead production teams through ambiguity, competing priorities, and high-pressure release cycles Deep familiarity with dependency-driven production pipelines, asset tracking systems, and project management tools (e.g., Flow/Shotgrid, Jira or equivalent). Comfortable with emerging technologies and new workflows Strong executive communication skills — comfortable presenting risks and tradeoffs to senior leadership and driving alignment across functions. Comfortable with budgets and cost projections. Experience managing external outsource relationships and vendor workflows Track record of building collaborative partnerships across art, vendor management, engineering, product, and business stakeholders Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational discipline; able to manage complex, multi-threaded workstreams without losing sight of the details that determine success or failure Strategic thinker who can connect production decisions to business outcomes, balancing near-term delivery needs with long-term scalability and revenue impact Flexible skillset with the ability to operate in different production environments EPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFE We pay 100% for benefits for both employees (EEs) and dependents (deps). Our current benefits package includes coverage for medical, dental, and life insurance. We also offer supplemental benefits including daily meal vouchers, and commuter benefits for onsite employees. Hiring Process Stages The stages of our hiring processes aim to assess your experiences and allow you to meet our teams and explore career opportunities. They are structured as follows: Screening; People interview; Hiring Manager interview; Live case; Stakeholder interview; Offer. About the Team As our Marketplace Operations team scales rapidly, we are looking for a Strategy & Ops Manager to help us grow faster and smarter. This is an individual contributor role focused on making sure our growth is scalable and results-driven: removing the operational friction that slows us down, identifying the conversion levers that move the needle, and building the systems that turn both into durable, compounding gains. This person will be responsible for two things: identifying where results are being left on the table, and building the systems that capture them. That means diagnosing conversion drop-offs and operational inefficiencies across our 3P Ops verticals and translating those diagnoses into concrete solutions: dashboards, automated workflows, structured processes, and scalable systems. The ideal candidate combines sharp analytical thinking with hands-on execution — not just identifying what's wrong, but building and deploying the solution. Responsibilities Operational Strategy & Execution Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end operational processes that support business scalability and customer success. Own critical workflows across service delivery, client support, and internal operations—driving efficiency, quality, and innovation. Balance immediate execution needs with long-term infrastructure planning to enable sustainable growth. Own the analytical understanding of our key operational funnels — identifying where volume, velocity, or quality are being lost across the full partner journey Process Design & Improvement Map current-state processes end-to-end; identify inefficiency, redundancy, and manual effort that can be eliminated or automated. Build or coordinate the build of automation solutions that reduce manual work and improve consistency — leveraging tools like Python, SQL, no-code/low-code platforms, APIs, or AI tooling as appropriate. Prioritize improvements based on operational impact and implementation feasibility. Partner with Product and Tech when solutions require engineering support Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Tech, Commercial, and BizOps teams to align operations with strategic goals and initiatives and enable end-to-end execution. Act as a strategic connector between functions to ensure speed, consistency, and clarity across all initiatives. Performance Management & Continuous Improvement Own the operational performance framework for 3P Ops: define metrics, set targets, and track progress identifying bottlenecks, anomalies, and root causes. Translate analytical findings into clear, structured recommendations — connecting operational improvements to measurable business outcomes. Lead ad-hoc analytical projects and strategic initiatives Proactively surface risks and opportunities before they become problems. Requirements Experience: 6+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or analytics roles — preferably in tech, marketplaces, or high-growth environments. Analytical Rigor: Strong command of funnel and conversion analysis; able to decompose a business problem, model impact, and extract actionable insights from complex datasets. Proficiency in SQL is required; Python is a strong plus. Automation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify manual processes and build or design solutions that eliminate them — whether through code, tooling, or workflow design. Structured Thinking: Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear components and drive toward actionable conclusions without waiting to be told what to do. Execution & Ownership: Proven track record of shipping solutions end-to-end — not just recommending, but building and deploying. Communication: Clear and concise communicator; able to convey complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders and influence decisions without formal authority. Languages: Portuguese and English required. Important Our hiring process starts with the application! If you truly want to be part of our team, please complete this step of the process. We analyze all candidates individually and provide feedback to all applicants. All communication will be conducted via email, so please stay tuned for our messages and release the domain @quintoandar.com.br to ensure our emails are not sent to spam.
